Susan Posluszny has been providing career counseling services to teens and adults since 1984. For 18 years she served as a college career center director and also has experience in human resource management and corporate outplacement. Susan is the founder of OPTIONS for Career & Life Planning LLC and the author of the interactive DVD Program, 'In Search of a College Major & Career Direction'. Susan is a Master Career Counselor member of the National Career Development Association and a Nationally Certified Counselor. She has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Montclair State University. Susan is a qualified administrator of the popular personality type tool, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and she has also participated in coach training through the Career Coach Institute and the Career Coach Academy.

Susan loves to help teens and adults expand their vision of future possibilites, determine a career direction that's a great fit, and and follow through to reach their academic and career goals. When she worked in higher education, she became known for her creative training techniques and use of a camcorder to engage and educate students. The DVD program featured on this website was a natural evolution in her work to use video as a way of reaching out to teens and young adults.
